An accident I was in was caused 100% by a MiWay client, I had a witness, photos and everything.
I did a 3rd party claim after I had a claim done by my insurance, Outsurance. The reason I then claimed from MiWay was because my out-bonus is due in August, about R4500. Outsurance told me I had to claim directly from MiWay to keep my out-bonus. MiWay then did their assessment and came back with a ridiculous offer. The damage to my car was half as much as what Outsurance calculated. The value of my car was also much lower that the amount Outsurance gave me. Then they told me I had to pay for 20% of the damage of both cars! In the end my out-bonus was almost as much as what they offered me. People please stay away from MiWay, they are. They have no integrity.
