I'm so disappointed that I'm receiving no support whatsoever from my own insurance company on the claim against Miway.
I have been in a car accident, bumped behind by a Miway client on 07/02/13, I have notified my insurance. Initially, they were ego to help, but from beginning, I made it clear that I wasn't claiming from my policy, rather from Miway as their client was in fault.
I took the car for assessment and got the quotation, I was in contact with the legal dept who requested that I forward to them all my correspondences with Miway, which I did and received no attention, not a single reply.
I called so many times, just to hear on the 26/02/13 that they would not assist me in anyway because u decided to claim directly from my way, they are not involved in this.
I got impression that my insurance company is disappointed that I'm not claiming from them I do not want my premium to increase and to pay the excess of R3 800. It wasn't my fault! Is there any benefit for 1st for women? I failed to understand.
I truly feels left alone without any help, and to dates, claim hasn't been settled. I believe I'm saving them money by claiming from miway, they should rather support me in this
