Capitec Does it Again (Unprofessional Service)

I applied for a Personal Loan with Capitec Bank on the 18th of December 2013, and the agreement between me and the consultant was that my first payment will be from the 28th of January 2014 and also the contract also states my payment date.
This morning I received a call from another consultant advising me that my account was in areas and I should go to a branch, how could I be in areas whilst my payment date is on the 28th?

This is affecting my credit record badly

I don't think Capitec is training their staff well they have no idea what they are doing
