Bad service with debit orde

I am writing this email as I have never had such bad service from any bank I bank with, my debit order should have gone of on the 25th as per my instruction then my account was debited on the 22nd march I had to go into Capitec bank branch on my holiday and the branch has no idea of the way the loan that I was offered works (direct loans over the phone) and I had huge fight with head office then they said I should reverse the payment and it will go off on the 25th. I said but it will affect my credit score and said it wont because they will debit my account again on the 25th then today someone calls me from head office and said my payment did not go off on the 25th I must make payment as it reflects badly on my record, this was not my fault to begin with then I get put in the negative and bad service where this consultant put the phone down in my ear after saying she will ask payment on the 28th. No goodbye nothing just put the phone down in my ear. How the does my account get debited on the 22nd when I said it should be the 25th when I get paid.
I need resolution and need apology and that this will not happen again
