I went to the branch to collect my card after i have been in a long Que, when i got my card after i left the branch, i realized that there is no pin after i have opened the seal, went back to the branch asked Olga why the seal doesn't have a pin, she said there is nothing she could do, i need to join the Que, after i have been on a long que, i asked for the lady who assisted me by the name of Elna and she said Elna is not going to do anything since she is senior in that branch, she was just rude to me, she doesn't know how to handle clients, then i said just call Elna for me, she went inside and she came back laughing and she said she is coming while laughing and i waited 10 to 15 min there was no Elna and she was standing there looking at me, i went back to her and asked if Elna is coming or what and she said Elna is coming like i said with a stinking attitude, i decided to leave the card with her cos its useless, she looked at me with that attitude, if she is really the branch manager, then you have hired a wrong person, need to get someone who knows customer service and knows how to handle queries, she is just so useless and need to attend customer service training
