" VERY BAD RESPONSE! " NO!!! RESPONSE!!

Called the Pta brand today 15 times... no answer??? Called the Jhb branch 23 times and lady took my details and informed me that they will return my call??? Still waiting...? Called the Dbn Branch and a wonderful lady called Mrs Maggie Fuller answered the phone and helped me in the most professional way I ever beaned helped before. She took all my detail and she Cc'd me in ALL her e-mails that she out to the agents witch is much appreciated.

I think there is a major problem towards the agents that is suppose to return my calls. NB!!! All credit to Mrs Fuller as she is very professional in her job! THANK YOU!

I need a response a.s.a.p. as she has mentioned in her last e-mail to them (Agents)

This is a SASSA issue that I need to resolve on behave of my mother. I can only imagine myself how the pensioners struggle if they have problems??? They are the people that doesn't have much money! The cost's involved to get hold of Grindrod Bank, all my phone call's and holding on???

NEED TO RESOLVE THIS PLEASE!!!
