I'm so disappointed with Capitec bank for wrongfully debiting my account a day before my salary date.
This reflects badly on my ITC, as if I'm a bad payer, this is affecting me in a bad way. I only found out about it when i applied for credit somewhere else only to find that capitec has listed me on the ITC wrongly.
I have tried to close my multi loan with one of your branches 2 months ago and i was told that they cant close it inside the branch ill have to do it on my phone.
Called your customer care line 04/11/2013 they also said they cant help me, i must go to a nearest branch.
So I'm shoved around like a soccer ball.
The only thing i need from Capitec is for you to clear my name, for listing me wrongfully.
Pleas clear my name at the ITC as quick as THEY updated it badly.
