Poor service and duration of claim

I am so jeolous to see that there are some people who got good services from First for women while I had the worst. I was in a car accident in November 2013 and put in my claim and I only got a answer yesterday, 06 January 2013. Firstly, let me give credit where it is due, my consultant was Nigel and really I had no problems with him. He phoned to tell us not to worry everything will be sorted. Then I had to deal with the assessor in Bloemfontein. She gave me bad service she would say that by that day and that day she would phone me back but she never did and then when I phoned her phone was on voicemail. Then on the 06 January 2013 I phoned again only to find out that my claim was denied and then was told that I have 48 hours to go remove my car from the scrap yard after I was told that the insurance would sort out everything. Had I not phoned would they have phoned me? The service I received from Bloemfontein really was not nice. I am not a satisfied customer.
