UCOUNT CARD

I registered for UCOUNT months ago and paying R20pm. Until today I have not received my card and Im paying for a service that Im not enjoying the benefits of. First they sent the card using my residential address whereas my correspondence with the bank has always been postal, then I called and they promised to resend it to the postal address. After another wait i called again and this time opted for them to send to my work address in hope to sign for my card personally since all avenues have failed. Im still waiting and still paying for something I dont have.
