NO FEEDBACK ON ACCIDENT CLAIM

On 6 August 2013 at 11:30am a guy with a fiat pickup drove into my car, Chico Golf on the Wonderboom Mountain. The guy said he was guilty and apologized to me, he give me all his details and said he is with Outsurance and will go open an accident case number at the police station and then will phone me with all the claim details that I have to fill in and sent to Outsurance to get my car fixed. He only phoned me the next morning and give me the accident case number from the Pretoria North Police Station, he told me that he already spoke to Outsurance to open a claim of guilty on his Outsurance Policy to get my car fixed and that they will phone me within the next 24 hours. On 8th August 2013 he phoned me again to follow up if Outsurance phoned me because his pickup was already assessed by Outsurance and I told him that I did NOT received any call from Outsurance as what he said. Only on 12th August 2013 the first Outsurance Assessor phoned me in connection with my claim. Firstly the lady who phoned me was not very helpful at all and had a very bad attitude. Secondly she tried to force me into using my own insurance, witch I told her twice that my car does not have any insurance.
