ON 24 OCTOBER 2013 I BOUGHT AN ELECTROPEDIC MACHINE FROM HOMEMARK BLOEMFONTEIN.
THE MACHINE DID NOT WORK PROPERLY SO I TOOK IT BACK ON 12 NOVEMBER 2013, BECAUSE
BLOEMFONTEIN IS 450KM AWAY FROM US. ON 11 DECEMBER 2013 I PHONED HOMEMARK
BLOEMFONTEIN THEY TOLD ME IT IS STILL WITH THE WAREHOUSE. ON 10 JANUARY 2014 I PHONED
CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS, GAVE THEM THE TRACKING NO 29771 AND THE LADY TOLD ME IT IS STILL IN
HOMEMARK STORE BLOEMFONTEIN. SHE ALSO TOLD ME TO USE MY COMMON SENSE. I PHONED
BLOEMFONTEIN AND PATRICIA TELL ME THE MACHINE IS STILL WITH THEM IT IS GOING OUT TODAY
AND I WILL RECEIVE IT END JANUARY 2014.
CANT ACCEPT THIS
