I submitted a claim to one pet and within a day received a email back saying that the claim had already been completed and paid. Um to who? Certainly not me. I have since emailed them twice using that email to inform them that they haven't paid and that I want it sorted out. I'm still waiting. I called only to get through to a trainee who was more useless than a dead snail. But they super quick to take my money every month. And from the looks of things they seem to be awful in general. I will keep posting, keep emailing and start complaining on their FB page, the nice thing is that should they block me, I have another 400 odd friends who can do the same on my behalf. I just wish they would care, as I took the time to chose them for their service. Bad company and honestly won't recommend to anyone or add my other animals to the policy.
