Quick to take money

I have C Cover on my account with Cell C. In September 2012 my Blackberry 9300 just stop working. I took the phone to several repair shops, all of them advised the phone can not be repaired. I took the phone to a Cell C outlet and we submitted a claim to the C cover department in late December. I pay for the C Cover everymonth and now they advised that they can not apprive the claim because the Cell C simcard was not in the phone the time I submitted the claim. My question is: how can the Cell C simcard be in the phone when it is not working. I feel that they have to pay the claim as I treid to get the phone repairded first whithout any luck. Or if they do not want to replace the phone for me can Cell C please refund me all the money I have paid every month for the C Cover. Because I feel I paid for a service and now I can not use it. How pathetic can Cell C still get? Quick to take your money but if you need assistance they just don't care!!!
