Brolink bad service no feedback

I submitted a third party claim to Brolink on the 3/12/2013 and to date nothing has been done. My documents apparently have not been uploaded so I am required to re-forward them. I enquired about 2 weeks ago and an agent told me its being handled by third party claims. Today, speaking to Maggie Schoeman who was so rude an unhelpful I am required to re-forward documents. I am totally appalled at the service given by Brolink.
