Bad service from Riaaz

In December 2013 my car was written off in a motor accident. I called the insurance company and they sorted everything out including settling with the bank, Wesbank. There is a shortfall amount that had to be paid so I called Hollard since I have a policy with them and they said I should Wesbank so that they claim on my behalf. I called Wesbank and spoke to Riaaz on Monday morning the 13 January and he said he would submit the claim on my behalf and I should wait a week. I called Wesbank again on Friday the 17 January to enquire how far the claim was only to discover that it hasn't been submitted!!! When I asked the lady why my claim hadn't been submitted, she said that Riaaz was on leave. I was furious with anger because 1st of all I'm struggling without a car and need this sorted out a.s.a.p. & secondly, I'd waited a WEEK thinking that my claim had been submitted!!! Imagine if I hadn't called? I'd still be waiting not knowing!! What upsets me more is that the lady then said she'll process the claim for me but i'll have to wait another 2 WEEKS!!! 2 WEEKS WITHOUT A CAR because of Wesbank's mistake?? I'm very angry that someone could be so careless!!
