I was informed by my former employer that there was Provident fund that was not paid to me. I got in touch with the company brokers and they send me forms from Liberty to be completed. The first forms where completed on 02/03/2012 and submitted. Then liberty came back and said that they needed some documentation to be sent through which was also done on the 11/05/2012. On the 20/07/2012 I received an email from Ranchod and Associates to say that Liberty has promised to pay out on the 27/07/2012. A week later I did a follow up as to why the payment was not made and it was said that the documentation had to be sent through to Liberty by myself. The email stated that it could either be delivered to their offices or could be emailed to [Email Removed] I emailed the documentation as requested through to Liberty. I resend the documentation to Liberty on 05/11/2012 and finally got an email back on the 07/11/2012 to say that they have received the documentation and that they will continue to process the claim.
Today 17/01/2013 I phoned liberty to find out what is happening with the claim and I was told that they are still waiting for the oustanding documentation.
