Non-update of credit status

I payed and settled my Edcon/Jet store December 2012, Edcon/Jet store and its associate VVM Attorneys promised to update my credit status with the credit bureau in south africa. After having my credit report being pulled from Transunion, I found out that on the report it states that I still owe JET store and the account that I had with Jet is not closed it keeps on revolving which I want the account closed and my credit profile be updated from the credit Bureau they submitted my information. Please do assist.
