Status not updated at credit bureaux

Hello Peter

I had a loan account with Fix Finance and I settled it long time ago. What concerns me is that they didn't update my status at the credit bureau. I've checked with credit bureau and I found that my account with them is still active and overdue. May you please help me on that.
