Truworths handed my account to Creditworx in 2012 who then got me blacklisted. My account was paid in full by end of 2012 but I am still in credit bureau!!! I was given a number by Truworths to contact Creditworx on but NONE of their numbers exist. What kind of a company, especially one that handles such sensitive information about people, does not have functioning contact details? How is one meant to sort out their credit record if we cannot get through to you Creditworx??? This shows sheer ignorance for the consumer's well being and absolutely no regard for the consequences of being blacklisted!!
