I had a Tracker account in 2010 and cancelled it in January 2011. I had to pay the penalty fee for cancelling the contract. My balance at tracker is R0 but they have listed me on Experian Credit Bureau. I have called Tracker on number of occassion requesting them to update my status at the credit bureau without any success. I cannot buy the car of my dreams because I"SUPPOSEDLY OWE TRACKER". PLEASE UPDATE MY STATUS AS I DO NOT OWE YOU.
