I payed and settled my Creditworx (S&V)/DUNN store account December 2012, DUNNS store and its associate Creditworx (S&V) promised to update my credit status with the credit bureau in south africa. After having my credit report being pulled from Transunion, I found out that on the report it states that I still owe Creditworx (S&V)/DUNN store and the account that I had with DUNNS is not closed it keeps on revolving which I want the account closed and my credit profile to be updated from the credit Bureau that they submitted my information. Please do assist.
