On the 11/12/2012 I made a payment to DUNNS clothing store Tembisa branch and settled the balance owed to the account amounting to R704.35. On the 04/01/2013 I had made a call to Creditworx to request a paid up letter and an employee of Creditworx confirmed that the payment that I had made reflected on their system but suddenly said to me that my account is not closed and she won't be able to assist me in sending a "paid up letter" because I have an outstanding balance of R180 to this account.
I had made a deposit of R180.00 to this creditworx account:

I just need my DUUNS account closed and I also want to receive a "paid up letter".
Please assist.
