Inquiry on credit satus

Good day,

I want to inquire about my credit status. I logged into the credit bureau website( [URL Removed] and I found out that my credit status still state that I owe an account. Over the month of December 2012, I payed and settled my account with vvm/jet/edcon. why is it that my name it is not cleared on the credit bureau after I was told that it only takes 21 day to change my status?
