Pathetic

Last month i changed my debit order date from weekly deductions to monthly i.e 27 of evey month effective from December, the debit order went off succesfully an amount of R1039.05. On Saturday 2014/01/04 that amount went off and? 'm not in arreas with you guys and this morning i contacted your call centre and i spoke to Zanele from collections department and she took her time and checked my statement and even though i had told her i'm not in arrears. so she gave me some sob story about how a debit order works even i know how it works because i'm also in the financial institution and i was working for standard bank.

That money i left it in my account for my daughters fees that i have to pay today and i don't have time to go to the bank and i don't have time to wait for 7 working days. I need my money reversed today because it didn't take you 7 working days to deduct my money but a second.

When it's like that where is the striving for 10/10 service fit in? How can i vouch for that when i know i never recieved that service.

What is customer service to you? please explain.
