Cash withdrawl at ATM - Has not been reversed

On the 10th January i used a Nedbank ATM at a gas station only because i was in a rush and it was the only ATM on my route - I requested a R1050 amount and the ATM only gave me a reciept stating the institution was not available - and no money. I then recieved an sms stating the money has been taken off my account. I reported this incident immediately to the number provided on my SMS. - I cant wait 12 working days for it to be reversed - I think this is utterly "" service as i cant see how it takes 12 days to balance an ATM and reverse the money. ABSA, FNB and Nedbank take 12 hours - STandard Bank needs 12 days - It is unacceptable and unfair. We entrust our money to you and you sit with it for 12 days and my family (I am a single parent) starve to death as this was our last money before pay day - So please if anybody at this bank - who is working could help me it would be highly appreciated. I am tired of staying on hold for 35 minutes at a time and no managers/ team leaders available to expedite this query. I will be changing my bank at the end of the month as this is ridiculous. I have been banking with Standard bank for 16 years!!!
