7 working days for a 2 line email

I have had the MOST frustrating two weeks of my life trying to sort out a minor issue.
We applied for financing and they told us that we had been in arrears with voda since March. Initially I didn't believe it because we always made sure the money was there for the debit order. We went to the nearest Voda shop hoping I could sort it out but they advised me that the debit order had been cnclld by our bank or Voda. It was returned unpaid. I drew bank statements as far back as we could and every month without fail we have MORE than enough money for the debit order to deducted. We called Voda and was treated badly. They told me that the number (we never used) was sms'd when the debit order was returned but even though they had all details no other comms sent. He then gave me a huge amount I had to pay to settle the account. We paid the money the next day and we were promised that in 2 days we would have an ITC update and a letter to take to the bank. I paid on the 31st of Oct and I called back to get the letter. 3 working days later (5th) and still no letter has been sent through. We called again, and was basically told to just WAIT.I have been waiting 7 working days & still nada :(
