We recently were broken into and had to make a claim thorough our insurance company. The gentleman who dealt with our claim was most helpful and efficient and settled the claim within a few days. He made what was a very stressful situation easier as he was so helpful and efficient. I have never experianced such professional service before and would like to say that I only which more companies had people of his character working for them.
