I submitted a claim on Wed, 19 June and my claim was settled on Fri, 21 June. I suppose it would have been settled sooner. but we only received the CAS no on Thursday late afternoon. It is never a pleasant experience when one's personal belongings are, but Daron really made the experience less stressful. He was very helpful, courteous, polite and yet very professional. I felt like I wasn't just a number when he dealt with my claim. I suppose I can safely say that he wasn't leaning backwards in his chair whilst dealing with my claim as I've seen on TV how one particular insurance company deals with people's claims!!
