Although i am insured with Dial Direct, Telesure agents dealt with my claim.
I first dealt with a gentleman by the name of Mark who was very efficient and knowledgeable.

I was then assisted by Verna who was also efficient and very helpful, made sure my claim was dealt with asap, even going the extra mile to make sure i get a replacement phone asap.
