Deducting payment after I stopped the stop orde

My dad passed away on 31 October 2012 - I paid his credit card up and till then. I send an email to [Email Removed] on 14/01/2013 with a copy of the death certificate informing FNB about my dads passing away and to claim the rest from the insurance and to stop deducting from my account. Still nothing happened I went to the Pretoria North branch were they informed me to stop the stop order at my bank because they cant help me so I did - It went well for 2 moths and I phoned 0860818222 during December 2013 to once again inform them about the passing of my dad and what happened they started deducting again on 04/01/2014. POOR POOR. I would like to remind them about TCF and I will report this to the FSB and the Ombutsman if I don't get response and my money back within 5 working days.
