This company has been fantastic in every way. My daughter is a wheelchair user and her caregiver had an accident. Not only were the call centre people efficient but Charles at their appointed assessors was also remarkably efficient. The claim was settled within 6 working days. Furthermore they contacted me to update my policy as the car had been written off. I would have forgotten about that and it would have cost me more. What an absolute pleasure - efficient, understanding and proactive. This helped make a stressful situation so much easier.
