A great service while logging a claim

On the morning of the 16th of August 2013 I called Dial Direct to log a claim for an accident which happened the previous night, It was my first major accident and I had never dealt with a car insurance company before, and I was still shaken up and was in tears. My call was received by a claims consultant named Jaun Botes. I told him that i need to log a claim but was going to run out of airtime, to which he responded that he will call me back on the cell number on my policy, which he did. I was terrified because I had heard horror stories of how unhelpful most insurances are to clients when they have to log claims, but Juan's service dispelled all that. He took down all details relating to the accident and told me he will process my claim and will keep me updated on the progress and provided me with his direct office number so that I can call him if I have any more questions or queries. He kept me updated on the progress on days following. Juan Botes was friendly, helpful, efficient and very professional, Thank you Juan you made my first experience of dealing with an insurance company painless, effortless and less stressful than I thought it was going to be.
