Poor Service

On the second attempt at opening a Business Account, I gave up. If the SBS Business Manager (same person at both visits) had given me all the requirements at the first visit, I could have had everything in place. To get half a story and be treated like an was not what I expected. Having 4 other accounts with Nedbank and up until now had no issues, I will not be back.
The bottom line was I walked next door to FNB and was out of there in 30 Minutes with my accounts opened. Very helpful staff with a good attitude.
