I was contacted by Discovery Card Services a few months ago inviting me to take out a card, after sending in the required documents, I was declined for low scoring. I left it at that. I have medical aid, vitality, insurance and our monthly deductions with Discovery is in excess of R15000 monthly. Now I am declined again. If my score is that bad, why did i just qualify for an American Express Credit Card with a hefty limit. Why are you declining me again? I wanted to move my short term insurance to Discovery as well, but as far as I'm concerned you don't give a about your clients. Shame on you!!!
