Nedbank do they mean Deadbank

I have been trying to get a settlement on my car loan from Nedbank the 1st call was over 22 minutes i was passed over to MSC finance in the end then back to a call agent at nedbank then after 22 minutes I was cut off.
On the 1st call I was told that I cannot make lump payments against a car loan as they don't have the facilities any more

Called them back eventually I found myself at nedbank small business services the second time as I WAS CUT OFF AGAIN on the first occasion. Told that the reference numbers I had were incorrect and my CK registration number was incorrect (well it has not changed).

I have all my personnel bank accounts credit cards business accounts and Home loan all with Nedbank bot sure this support of mine will continue.
