My grandmother is visiting from Namibia. She is old, and is starting to go blind. She is still very good at keeping all her business together. The first purchase she made here in South Africa she was unable to complete because her FNB credit card had expired. We immediately phoned FNB to order a new card. The women promised to order the card ASAP due to all the public holidays coming up in Dec. This conversation took place on the 13th of Dec. It is now the 23rd of Dec and we still do not have the credit card. I repeatedly phoned to inquire what is happening with the card. The women was never available, I left messages and was never called back. FNB Namibia had given CCD couriers here in South Africa a passport number, but they wanted an ID number. When I phoned FNB Namibia they refused to phone CCD couriers to provide them with the ID number.

When I phoned CCD couriers they told me what was wrong, but also refused to phone FNB Namibia, again I kept phoning and they promised to phone back, but never did.

This morning I phone to ask when are we getting this credit card, only to find out apparently it was due to the fact that they did not have a physical address...? I ASK YOU???
