Our Company Business Cheque Account is restricted for no apparent reason. I have been transferred from one call centre agent to the next with no help in regards to this restriction on our account. I have tried phoning the business department, the general accounts department, the Collections Department and the FICA department with no one being able to help or explain this hold on the account to me.
THIS SERVICE FROM NEDBANK TOWARDS BUSINESS CUSTOMERS ARE UNACCEPTABLE.
We have however decided to close our Nedbank account with immediate effect and moving over to FNB. Well done FNB you have gained yet another Business Customer!
