Excellent service after disaster at the branch

I would like to thank Ruth Makgeru on the excellent manner in which she assisted me on the phone today, I had a very bad experience in the primrose branch yesterday where the staff just did not want to assist me and then this young lady today assisted me so professionally. I don't even have to go back to this terrible branch as everything was done on the phone and the money is in my account.

Thank you Ruth you are a true asset tho the company, you should go out and train the incompetent staff at the Primrose branch.
