I cannot believe the audacity of Nedbank. Just opened my credit report to find a Nedbank Credit Card on my profile. I've never had a card with them. I was told that its an Ackermans account. I already have the Ackermans account listed on my profile also. I've spoken to three agents so far, no one listens. I want the Nedbank Credit card removed from my profile before I take this matter up with the Banking Ombudsman and I am not going into a branch to do anything about this, this is none of my doing, I don't see why I need to take time out of my day to stand in queues.
