As an old long time customer you gotta love the new Savvy ads - We will phone you etc. blah blah. However as an "old" customer we can look forward to being gouged. i.e. with a facility of R100000 we went over by R600 for half a day - no phone call charge R120 and then at the end of Jan our last debit order was not covered - Result no phone call put through on the 1st charge R120 put through on the 2nd charge R120 plus R16. The marketing department obviously work for a different Nedbank to the one we have supported for many years, theirs gives, ours takes and takes again.
