Bad attitude, disrespectful, no passion for her work

I spoke to Esmerald (consultant) that i wanted to update my residential address and i am experiencing difficulty swiping and withdrawing from my card. I had a letter that the bank could not accept, and Esmerald adviced that i call the card division with regards to the card. I called the card division and they said there is nothing wrong with the card i just need to update my details i.e residential address, while speaking to the consultant (card division) Noluthando over the phone she asked to speak to the consultant and Chantel was available and when i called her to come speak to the consultant on the phone she rolled her eyes and spoke to the consultant.
I then explained to Chantel Buizedenhout (branch manager) my problem and she boldly said she cannot help and she can't change the policy of the bank to suit me, i must come with mailed documents and i showed her a letter that was e-mailed to me by my attorneys that has the new address, and i told her that i don't have mailed documents that i have received via post as i just moved in. She told me that she cannot help me, meaning i cannot access my money.
I didnt receive any notification from the bank to update my details.
