BAD SERVICE OMF LOANS

On the 17th Sept, I was advise to come Old Mutual Finance to sign a contract for the loan I have apply for. I ask one of my colleagues to lend me R 150 to pay for the taxi fare, on arriving there i sign the contract and give the consultant my original documents. After signing the documents and spending a few hours in Oudtshoorn the consultant call and say everything is ok and i will aspect a sms when the money is the the bank. I went to aspect that the money will be in my bank account. After two and wondering why the money has not transfer to my bank account the consultant call my saying the bank account i'm using does not allowed debit orders to go off from that account. She told to let my salary go in my other bank savings account. I let the salary clerk change to let my salary be transfer into that account. I even let the salary clerk send her a letter that the money will be transfer into my other account. And saying that it is policy that there have to be two salary drops in the account. Well after doing all that stuff to get my loan. I'm so disappinted. And by the your Company Policy about the two salary drops stinks.
