ABSOLUTLEY PUTRID CUSTOMER SERVICE

On the 26th of November 2013 I made my way to African bank tokai to establish what my outstanding balance on my credit card is, and how I could pay the amount in full.
The Lady at reception advised that this particular store does not accept any cash and any payments will need to be done electronically. Fantastic! She then advises me to take a seat while a consultant becomes available.
Ms. Glynnes Wills then invites me to her desk and asks me for my ID number (no greeting no introduction nothing). My Id number gets punched into the pc and I sit for a solid 30minutes with no interaction with the consultant. In this time the consultant is chatting to her fellow staff members and having fat conversations on her mobile phone.
I then ask the consultant to provide me the banking details and reference number to allow me to leave. I get rudely advised that if I wish to pay my credit card in full I will need to write a letter to African Bank advising why I'd like to close my credit card. I then ask who or where do I direct the letter to when Ms. Wills shouts at her colleague to collect a page from the printer. I get handed the print out and Ms. Wills turns her chair.

POOR SERVICE!!!
