Interest wrong/Costly cell calls/NO RESPONSE

It is not the 1st month this happens, my OD Interest was incorrect, I logged a call at 7.58 28th Dec. I was told I transferred my money before my Salary was cleared on the 13th Dec. For goodness sake, I don't know my salary is in my account without getting a sms. WHY do FNB SEND OUT SMS'S if my Salary is not cleared yet!!! As a loyal customer, my account was downgraded without any explanation to the Premier Suite. My income is more than before, the only difference is that I changed jobs to another company. FNB PROMISES the World to new customers, but care NOTHING about the loyal customers that has been with them for years! I have started paying back my OD, because I would like to get out of debt. FNB doesn't like that, they will earn less of my hard earned money, now they have to find ways to penalise me for all sorts of stupid reasons! I am soooo angry. NOBODY TAKES RESPONSIBILITY and they DON'T CARE A!!!
