Absa has my salary of R60, 000, now it is missing due to a technical error (apparently), they can not track it, and dont even seem bothered. the response from the personal banker was " If I could track your salary I would, please contact Absa Head Office to track your salary as I cannot" so they want me to find my own salary that they have lost? I have no funds, debit orders will bounce and they could not care less.
No one has called me at all and WHY should I chase the bank for my own money? I have banked with Absa for 10 years and this is the customer service I get. I want my salary and the interest which you are so conveniently getting. Is this desparation as you are losing so many clients?
