Money being debited without my permission

Got a text message saying that R1555.44 has been debited from my account on the 27.03.13. i did not know what the transaction was all about, so I called the online banking department. I got transferred from pillar to post (got hung up on 7 times before someone helped). some told me they cannot see which department debited the funds, some told me it's one of my FNB accounts that did so. i spoke to 13 consultants in less than 30 minutes. I normally get 2 residual debits per month, one is for R132 and another for R90, less than R100. Now there is a very cleaver person that decided to debit half of my salary from my account to pay the residual account. I don't have a residual account that debits such an amount of money and how can one debit half of a person's salary? how does that person expect me to survive? i know i owe FNB and im rectifying the matter, but you cannot take HALF of my salary to pay a debt. I need that money reversed as it was not authorised to go off. Im not happy with FNB and their service (ive been a loyal customer since 2005).no one could help me sort this out so I decided to report FNB. I need my money back and an explanation from the person who authorised!!!
