When they say it is done, IT IS NOT

From the start of my account I have requested that the date the loan and credit card payments are taken from my account be the 28th of the month. "No problem, it has been changed" I have been told... amount taken on 25th... no money in my account on 25th as salary is only cleared on 28th. Here is a revelation I get paid from a different bank... IT IS NOT IN MY ACCOUNT ON THE 25TH!!! I was told I have to go into a branch to change this, I went to Woodmead = "No problem, it has been changed". I went to Menlyn = "No problem, it has been changed" today 25th July 2013 IT WAS TAKEN AGAIN!!! Come on!! To top it off, I asked to be reimbursed for the charges that has gone off of my account as I have not requested this once, or twice but FOUR times!! I was told to fax my bank statement for the world to see!!! I requested a single persons e-mail address as ALL my info is on my bank statements... I was given a universal e-mail address. I REFUSE to give ALL my info for the whole world. I have no problem submitting the required documents but this has to be done, for security reasons, to a single person. Lets see how long this takes to be sorted out.
