Double deduction

On the first week of December I recived a call from one of the African Bank consultants. We agreed that R1200 would be deducted on the 28th but to my surprise they deducted on the 28th. Again today they deducted another R1200. I want my money back. Stop debiting my account, I will pay cash. It's not the first time this is happening and I am tired. Refund my R1200 today, that money is for my child's school fees. Cancel the naedo tracker on my account. Refund me today!
