FNB Account, No Salary After Account Switchi

On the 27th July I opened an New FNB Cheque Account at the Beatrix Arcadia Branch assisted by an FNB consultant by the name of Bonolo Thupayagale, at first she said its not possible for me to upgrade from my easy plan account to an FNB Cheque account and I insisted to speak to the Branch Manager who then corrected her.
I then requested Salary Switching and filled in the form and handed over to my HR Department. Salaries are payed Monthly on the 26th, So on the the 26th August I received an SMS that my Salary was deposited in my New FNB Cheque account, after going to the atm on the 28th Aug i found out that no funds where available in my account and that my account is owing an amount of over R200?
I then Visited the Pretorius street FNB branch and the same bad service. I was told to pay the Negative Balance to activate my account and then i will see my salary reflect in my account. I fell for the same trick twice, now I have not received my Salary thanks to FNB 's worst Service in the world and im now Less R250 rand richer. its been now 5 days, This is My hard earned money and no bank is allowed to do this, in 72 hours im opening a case of against FNB n Bonolo Thupaetcetera.
