I am writting this complaint on behalf of my mother. FNB illegally took her entire salary for a debt that should have been prescribed 10 Years ago. She was retrenched in 2000 and the letter was sent to FNB by the company. She was never contacted after that. And today all of a sudden her salary was paid into her FNB account and was taken immediately, so she went into the bank to find out where her money had gone to as she thought her card had been cloned. when they told her they took it for the loan she had in 2000. she has had no comunication from them. This is illegal!!! please help
